Orders and Delivery
Ordering your new glasses online is easy with us. All you have to do is:
- choose your new frames
- customise your lenses
- enter your prescription details
- pay using our secure server
We aim to get your glasses out to you within 5-7 WORKING days (we don't count weekends). Please allow this time before chasing your order.
Please advise us of any problems with your new glasses within 7 days, by contacting our team on the details above. Return the glasses to us and we will work with you to overcome any issues and replace the product free of charge. Please see our refunds & returns policy. All returns are subject to our Terms of Sale.
All our frames and lenses come direct from the manufacturer which allows us to offer them straight to you at excellent competitive prices. We work very hard with our suppliers to source the best frames at the best prices and are therefore able to pass these savings on to you.
Absolutely! We work hard to ensure our frames and lenses are of the highest quality. Our partner laboratory is also very experienced and one of the best in the country, so you can be sure that your lenses are carefully crafted and expertly glazed into your frame.
Sadly, we don't currently accept NHS or Accor Eyecare Vouchers online.
We are unable to make glasses for children on our website by law. Under 16’s eyes are continually developing so an eye test with an Optician is really important.
You can get this from your optician. Under the UK Opticians Act of 1989, it is the obligation of any optician to provide you with a copy of your prescription after your sight test is completed. You do not have to purchase glasses from the optician you had your eyes tested at so do not feel pressured into doing so – this is your choice!
No, you do not need to send us a copy for us to complete your order. However, you are welcome to send this to us via email, if you would like us to enter your prescription or check this for you. Please ensure you include a copy of your order number on your prescription.
We can dispense glasses online to a +/-8.00 sphere value. We cap our prescription range at this level as anything stronger would require more personalised fitting. Customers with this strength of prescription are advised to use their local optician.
The CYL and AXIS are used to correct an astigmatism. If you do not have an astigmatism, you will not have CYL or AXIS values included in your prescription.
A prism is primarily used to correct conditions such as double vision, convergence issues or positional correction. We do not supply glasses with this type of correction online and recommend that customers who have been prescribed this use their local optician.
If you realise you've made a mistake, please contact us as soon as possible informing us of the error and we will correct this for you (providing your order is not already in production).
We use the same materials as the rest of the optical industry. All our lenses are made from CR39 and organic (plastic) materials. We do not offer lenses made of glass. We use polycarbonate in our rimless glasses, which is much stronger and impact resistant. Plus, we give you this at no extra cost.
Yes, most of our glasses are suitable for this type of lens. You can select this lens type after choosing your frame.

Yes! If you are buying frames purely for fashion purposes and do not have a prescription, then our frames can be purchased as just frame only (with manufacturers demo lenses) or with plano lenses (lenses with no prescription). In this case, just enter “plano” for your sphere values. The cost for this option is the same as prescription lenses.
Sadly not. Prescriptions for contact lenses are different to regular glasses prescriptions.
We offer a variety of different sun lens options including tints, polarised, photochromic, and TRANSITIONS® lenses. For more information about tints, please see here!
If you need a minor adjustment, such as tightening loose arms or adjusting nose pads, you can take them to your local optician. Alternatively, you may return them to us for correction, please contact us first, so that we can advise you on our returns procedure.
