Having problems with your vision?
If you are experiencing any problems with your vision in your new glasses the first thing to check is that you have entered your prescription correctly (if you used our online form). Double check you have all the + and - symbols correct. This is the most common error and we’re all human!
If you do need to contact us, please provide your order number and a description of the problem you are experiencing.
It would also be helpful if we could have a copy of your prescription (you can scan and email this to us) and details of how you obtained your Pupillary Distance (PD) measurement in order for us to deal with any problems efficiently.
