Collect from Store
All orders can be collected from one of over 800 Superdrug high street stores. Simply select 'Collect from Store' at the checkout and choose your local store where you would like your order delivered to. Collect from Store is free of charge for orders over £30 (or £5.95 for orders below £30).
Once we’ve received your order in our Superdrug store, we will send you a text or an email to notify you that your order is ready for collection.
We’re committed to ensuring orders are completed and dispatched as soon as possible. Currently, over 90% of our orders are completed within 7-10 working days*. For transparency, we have included the following production timescale estimations:-

Please note that production timescales can be impacted if there are unforeseen delays within the production process, a sudden change in frame availability, or your product fails to meet our strict quality control guidelines. We'll advise you at the earliest opportunity should there be a substantial delay with your order.
Express Orders – Order today, delivered tomorrow
We now offer a premium ‘Express’ service charged at £19.95 per order including delivery. This service is available to UK customers choosing a frame from our ‘Express’ collection, and single vision clear lenses meeting the following criteria:-

Orders placed on a Monday to Friday before 3pm will be delivered the following day. Orders placed after 3pm Friday or during a weekend or public holiday will be dispatched the following working day for delivery the next day.
Royal Mail / Standard Mail
Once your order has shipped you will receive an email to notify you of dispatch, if you do not receive your order within 10 working days* please contact our customer services team and we will try to resolve this as quickly as possible for you.
*Allow 20 working days for international orders
DPD / FedEx Courier
If your order does not arrive within the times stated above, please do not worry; it is very likely that it will be held at your local DPD / FedEx depot. In line with DPD / FedEx guidelines, we will not consider a package lost until 20 working days have passed. This is because the vast majority of packages will be delivered or returned to us as 'undeliverable' within this time.
What to do if a parcel is delayed
If your order has not arrived after 20 working days, please contact us to arrange a replacement. Include your order number, name and the date of dispatch in your email. We will send you a non-delivery form that must be complete so we can use as evidence of non-receipt in our claim with our shippers. This does not apply to customer's own items or to reglazes which are sent at the customer's risk unless we agree otherwise in writing.
