My order is on hold?
So, you have placed your order with us and are checking in on the progress of your order but get the message that your order is on hold. This could be that we need more information from you, or, if you think the message is incorrect, please contact us.
Why is my order on hold?
Your order could be on hold for the following reasons:
- We have a question about your prescription
- Your pupillary distance is to be confirmed
- We are awaiting frames for reglazing or awaiting payment
We will only keep your order on hold until we get a resolution or the information, we need from you.
Please let us know asap if you know your PD (pupillary distance), this will stop any further delays with your order.
